Becky Ratcliffe
Instructor
Becky used Pilates as part of her rehabilitation alongside physiotherapy following a very bad Multiple Scleroisis relapse which left her with paralysis on both sides of her body. She had to learn to walk again and retrain her body to move. Pilates helped her so much that she fell in love with this type of exercise. Before M.s Becky was very keen runner, unfortunately due to nerve damage she is no longer able to run which left a huge void in her life. She has now happily filled this void with Pilates.
Becky has gained her mat qualification with physicalmind. She has attended pilates for M.S course and will be returning later this year to add another level as well as an intensive course – Exercise for neuroligical conditions.
Becky will also be studying anatomy and physiology.
She is very passionate about helping others that have had there mobility effected by illness. She understands the frustration, pain, and upset of your body not working as it should but knows just how important it is to keep active in these circumstances.
Becky hopes to motivate and inspire her clients.
