PT   1 on 1 sessions:

We offer both personal training and rehabilitation sessions. In these totally tailored one-to-one personal training sessions, one of our professional and highly qualified trainers will work with you to design a programme around your fitness goals. Our Trainers can choose a combine cardio workout such as Barre, TRX, RIP trainer, Rebound UK, Fitball, free weights, rollers or on Pilates equipment such as reformer, cadillac and chair enabling us to create totally individual and bespoke programmes, each designed specifically for and around the unique needs and goals of an individual client.

All our sessions are taking place in our very spacious, light and airy main studio or in our small private Pilates studio room.
