Brooke Ribbens


Brooke is not just a typical Pilates instructor or experienced PT but has been a national athlete for the GB Rowing team. During that time she benefitted from a broad range of coaching expertise across the UK and abroad that she likes to share with her clients.

Brooke is a firm believer in the benefits of cross training and functional bodyweight movement which is how she has come to work with us at the studio. She trained on Mat and equipment with PhysicalMind institute New York.  She is also the proud mother of 3 boys and is a qualified instructor on pre/post natal exercises.  Previously Brooke worked for 16 years as a sales and marketing manager in the food industry but wanted to go back to her love of fitness and helping people to challenge themselves and realise their individual potential. She is a great motivator and a very strong woman. She has designed a very functional class called TRX hardCore, concentrating on functional movements and pure Core exercises to get your posture and strength on track.
