Brendan Roos

Director & Instructor

Brendan has worked in the IT industry for over 14 years and sport has always been a major part of his life – in particular playing Volleyball for the South African team. He’s also been involved in martial arts to a high level and has also been a keen cyclist for many years. It is only after a severe calf injury during his volleyball training that Brendan has developed a keen interest in Pilates to rehabilitate his injury. He is now qualified in both Mat and Pilates Equipment with PhysicalMind Institute New York . He has then furthered his studies completing equipment training with APPI (The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) to further aid with rehabilitation at the studio. He also has developed a keen interest in the History of Pilates and has attended several classical workshops to understand how the method was created.

He is also trained to teach TRX, BarrePlus and Bounce and Burn classes.
